ORDERING SPRING COTTER PINS

Spring cotter pins are available in all conceivable lengths and diameters. Spring cotter pins are often used as a safety assurance by inserting the split pin through a hole, so the pivot cannot become detached. Most retaining clips are manufactured by use of the following materials:

Spring steel in accordance with EN 10270-1-SH, construction material no. 1.1200.
Stainless spring steel according to EN 10270-3, construction material no. 1.4310.
