What is the use of a client account?

Creating an account in our web shop has several advantages: registering returns, viewing order history and the opportunity to order again, access to your order list and a order form for tailor-made springs.

How do I create a client account?

You can create an account by simply clicking here. Subsequently, you go through all the steps and fill in the required details. As soon as you have successfully created the account, you will receive a welcoming email from us.

I have a complaint, what should I do?

If you have a complaint, you can let us know by means of the chat function in our web shop or send an email to (info@alcomex.nl). We will be glad to help you.

I have a complaint, how long will it take?

We will do anything in our power to respond as quickly as possible. Usually, this will be within 48 hours.
