How do I place an order?

You can place an order by simply selecting one or more springs and adding them to your basket. As soon as you have gone through the order process steps, you will receive an order confirmation from us.

What can I do if my order is not being delivered in time?

If you have questions about your order, you can use the chat function in the web shop or contact our branch via email (info@alcomex.nl) or by telephone (+31 226 351122).

Can I save my basket?

Products added to your basket will remain in your basket until you remove them yourself. The basket will be emptied when you remove your cookies.

When will I receive my order?

We ourselves, as well as our partners and our deliverers, will do anything possible to realise the promised delivery time. Should we not succeed for some reason, you will be informed about this. Keep an eye on your Track&Trace for the most up-to-date information.

Which delivery options are available?

Alcomex ships your products with standard shipping (3-8 working days). When products are not in stock, the entire order will be delivered once preparation for shipment is complete.

What is the delivery time for my products?

We usually deliver within 3-8 business days.

If the item is not available from stock, it may take up to 3 weeks to prepare it for shipment.
