Yes, any product can be returned.

You have the right to return orders 14 days after acceptance, without giving a reasing. Moreover you have 14 days to return your products. You will gain the full ordercosts including transport costs credited. However, the costs for returning are your own costs.

In case you will make use of your right of withdrawal the delivered goods should be returned in the original package to Alcomex Veren B.V. In case you want to withdraw you can get in contact via webshop@alcomex.nl.

We will refund the order value within 14 days after the returned goods are received.

You have the right to cancel your order.

The cancellation period is 2 weeks and begins with receipt of the goods.

As soon as the goods have arrived at Alcomex' main office in the Netherlands, the money will be transferred to you. You will receive the refund within 10 days after receipt of the products by Alcomex.
