CONTINUOUS LENGTH TENSION SPRINGS

On this page you will find a wide range of continuous length tension springs. The tolerances of the tension spring lengths were manufactured in accordance with DIN 2097-2 and are purchased on the basis of below mentioned materials:

Spring steel wire in accordance with EN 10270-1-SH, construction material no. 1.1200.

Stainless spring steel in accordance with EN 10270-3 construction material no. 1.4310.

The continuous length tension springs can easily be made to measure for you. You can easily place an order in our web shop

Tension spring lengths have not undergone any thermal post-treatment.
The springs must be shortened or thermally treated in their entirety.
Stainless steel: 30 minutes at 300°C, cool in air.
VST: 30 minutes at 250°C, air cool.
